Our program offers a pioneering academic program to our international K-12 students. Preparing them for successful high school and secondary education opportunities. Through a prolific curriculum designed by certified, pedagogic experts, we can offer international K-12 students a custom experience. ILS’s distinctive curriculum and dynamic instruction is face to face or online. Our program teaches students English, grammar, and broad vocabulary.
ILS strives to deliver a balanced curriculum built on transparency to all we serve. All courses designed to align with national and state standards. Our qualified professionals and instructional designers offer global education to students who qualify for a U.S. accredited diploma. This includes diplomas in their home country. Our High School Diploma Program is personalized to each country. For example: courses taught in the target language, students will learn the social-cultural courses and language arts of their native countries. Opposed to the American history and English language arts that come standard in other international programs.
CORE COURSES
The building blocks of our program are the required academic core courses of all U.S. high schools. Student expectations: Mathematics, Science, English, and Social Studies. Our program broadens our student’s horizons in each category. Including, honors-level and Advanced Placement courses. Incoming freshmen also begin with our award-winning Ninth-Grade English course.
WORLD LANGUAGES
In today’s world, foreign language competence is a major factor for professionals to stand out. This helps make an impact on the organizations they serve. Our foreign language courses are taught by trained, native fluent professionals. We provide our students cultural bandwidth through embracing a new language. Supported by one-on-one tutoring, our teaching staff assist students directly. This helps navigate the intrinsic love for the language our student’s study.
HEALTH AND FITNESS COURSES
Our health and fitness courses help students understand ownership of their well-being. We guide them to build foundational wellness habits that stick with them for the rest of their lives. It is essential for students to develop their minds and their bodies. This prepares them for lifelong opportunities to serve their communities.
CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION
It’s never too early to build a solid career foundation. We pride ourselves on our Career and Technical Education, or CTE class options. Such as computer sciences to entrepreneurship. We give students the opportunity to test the waters in any career path. We help them find and fuel their passions.
MUSIC
For many of our international students, music plays a central role in their culture. It’s our duty and responsibility for helping our students refine and reinforce their musical talents. Our music courses are led by internationally recognized musicians and educators. The flexibility to learn remotely and earn high school credits helps our students develop more efficiently.
ADVANCED PLACEMENT (AP)
Our Advanced Placement (AP) courses and exams allow students to earn college credits while taking high school courses. This expedites the opportunity to complete their secondary education. The classes are intentional and engage students for the reality of a secondary education curriculum.
Our curriculum is flexible, and it can be customized to fit our teachers’ needs according to their educational goals. We incorporate required courses from other schools into our curriculum. This provides support for teachers and students to remain within national standards.

The versatile curriculum will comfort our parents in the academic journey of their children. The literary materials distributed to each student monthly provides more stability in the learning curve. Students have access to videos and online resources to help them review and practice what they learn in class. They will have access to create study guides, flashcards, and practice tests. Copies of worksheets and assignments will be available for class activities, which students can take home to share with their families. Our wide range curriculum allows students without internet access in the home to participate as effectively. The print-outs and physical books are provided for no additional cost to the student.
